+ This is a great, large two bedroom apartment with continental breakfast provided. Very clean with good wifi. You'd need a car for the area and there is covered parking. Friendly and approachable team running the apartments. Recommend.
− The apartments are in a complex which is more business than personal in nature but that did not bother us but may bother some people.

+ The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was nearby to a train station for shuttling into Rome. The apartment offered a coffee maker with pods. The living room furniture was comfortable and TV streaming appreciated. The beds and lines clean, crisp and fresh. Adequate linens and towels. The area was busy but the home was quiet for sleeping.
− The property appears to be managed by a company and check in was very strict. We asked for early check-in but being dependent upon cleaning yet the manager didn't bother to let us know when the cleaning was completed. We arrived too early, no one was onsite, so decided to go into the CIty and texted for instructions. We weren't offered any but warned us of a additional fee if we returned after 1900. The property uses key cards for the locks to the entry and each of the two bedrooms. I closed my bedroom door and couldn't get out myself after being locked in! Very dangerous in the case of a fire. No extras like water and condiments and there weren't nearby cafes or a grocery store. The traffic was heavy in the area so not easy to navigate the area. We found a vending machine but no prices were listed. The brand new building was built in an industrial part of town. Check-in was at the same building with an multiple offices that had people working at 1830 when we arrived.

+ They have an office on location so we were greeted by actual people and given information about the apartment. Very clean place. You get some simple food items for the first morning. Great open and covered parking. There's a fantastic motorcycle mechanic right nextdoor. Very good guy. Helped us out and refused to accept payment against our long protests.
− We booked this place for one night because it was on our way. We were kind of puzzled why this place was even there. There's nothing around. 30 mins to Rome center? Maybe that's it. The place is a rebuilt old farmhouse which is VERY modern. You even have to use a keycard to leave your own bedroom if you lock it at night. The lighting was way too harsh. I think they wanted to make this place look modern and overdid it. It is very far from restaurants and a huge pain to find a taxi. We had to overtip an Uber driver and wait for him to come from Rome. By the way, find your own restaurant. The recommended place was no good.
