+ Wonderful lateral seaview! Clear guidance how to get the rooms, how to check in. Easy and smooth. QR code received on time and no issues while using. The room was quadruple and spacious for one traveller. Biscuits, candies, water and drinks are prepared without any additional charge. Nice touch. Tea and coffee are available as well. There are AC & fan but I did not use as it was September. Bed sheets are crystal white and very soft. I don't remember when I saw such bed stuff outside of big hotel chains. Overall it was lovely! + Host was very helpful and provided several recommendations. She even called us to tell us about the train strikes. Check in was easy and accomodation was clean and neat. Great view of Riomaggiore from our room. Would stay again. Only thing to be aware of is that the location is near the top of Riomaggiore and so there are alot of steps to get to the room. + Big spacious room, clean and organized, snacks and water to welcome and most importantly a view unlike other! Sabrina is very helpful and communicated well throughout the stay.
− The hike up and 50 stairs to get up to the room from entrance. But in this case, it was worth the view.

+ The view from this property was absolutely stunning. The room was clean and spacious. We could hang our clothes on the clothesline outside and watch people play in the little square or enjoy their drinks and meal right in the restaurant below us easy access to walking trails, train, mini restaurants and fun, the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful getting us there and arranging for parking as we scheduled the room only a day or so before arriving
− We really liked all about the property, but the hardest part was climbing up to the room through a very narrow and steep staircases so be prepared for the climb, but it’s worth every step and I have to say it’s fun. Be careful though as you walk.
