+ Highly recommend Cascina Mora Bassa. The staff were always super friendly, responsive, hospitable, and accommodating. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, and the cleaning staff did such a thoughtful job (I was very impressed and grateful). The breakfast here is absolutely amazing— hands down the best breakfast I've had across the many accommodations I've stayed at in Italy. They even sell some of their delicious jams if you want to take it home (which we did end up getting a couple jars). Downtown Vigevano is also a very short distance of a car ride (very charming downtown I recommend visiting), and makes this place even more of a great location on top of it being within an hour/1.5 hrs driving distance from the major lakes, Torino, and Milan that makes those places good day trips if you have a car. I traveled with my family, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend Cascina Mora Bassa. + The 2-day period in this location was more of an experience than just a simple stay. Paolo is extremely careful and friendly, and he transforms everything into a good mood and a sense of familiarity. We really liked the feeling of being safe, cosy and well treated. The rooms are extremely clean, large and quiet. We had a really good, authentic and tasty dinner in the restaurant. We slept well, though sometimes you might encounter tourists who do not care about others' well-being ( that is solely on one's character). + It was such a lovely host—so thoughtful and happy! Clean, new and safe place to stay. You can also visit the center city by foot and there is a lovely restaurant nearby.

+ Breakfast was simple but high quality fresh and tasty. Coffee excellent and always someone in attendance to assist if required. We loved the homemade jams and scrambled eggs. The location was on the outskirts of town with a vista over rice fields and local tennis club and an easy stroll to the central plaza. It was quite with plenty of parking in a locked compound. The hotel is only a few years old but retained the farm character of the owners and family heritage. The room was air conditioned with plenty of cross ventilation if preferred.
− Nothing - it is an owner operated business and their passion for hospitality was evident.
