+ It's a lovely rural property with stunning views. Our apartment had comfortable beds and kitchen equipped with all that is needed. Full use of outdoor facilities and a beautiful large common living room. Lovely breakfasts (home made jam, juice... locally sourced food). Also had a very nice dinner prepared by the hosts, surved outdoors in the lovely semi-open courtyard enjoying the splendid sunset. Add the nice wine that is also their produce - pure perfection. Maria and Gerri are brilliant hosts - warm, professional and accomodating. In our case Maria went well beyond her duty to successfully help us sort out an issue with our car. Without her help we would have been stranded for days as we visited during ferragosto when all businesses close for days. Very grateful. Had a lovely week there. + Cascina Nomade was a truly amazing experience. The location is absolutely stunning, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the whole space carries a sense of peace and intention. But what made our stay extraordinary were the hosts, Maria and Gerri — such kind, soulful people who have poured their hearts into creating this place and caring for their guests. As writers, we found Cascina Nomade to be a place where inspiration flows effortlessly. It offers the perfect balance: calm and quiet when you need focus, and warm company and conversation when you’re ready to connect. We took beautiful hikes through the surrounding countryside, and just nearby is Dogliani — a charming small town with wonderful Tuesday and Saturday markets where you can find everything you need. We rented a car and were free to explore the region, which is dotted with lovely villages, wineries, breathtaking scenery, cozy cafés, and excellent restaurants. Maria and Gerri guided us with thoughtful recommendations, and by the end of our stay, we felt less like guests and more like friends. Cascina Nomade has truly become our home away from home. We can’t wait to return for creative retreats — and next time, we hope to bring friends and family so they too can experience this special place. Tushar + Anna

+ I wanted to understand why the place gets such compliments. I got it. It's not just because of a perfectly clean apartment in a magical and quiet farmhouse. It's not just because of hosts you'd want to be friends with, and you want to cry when you leave the place. It's because everything and every word only reduces the intensity of the experience. + The stay at Cascina Nomade was amazing! It is like you go to friends, cause the hosts Gerri and Maria let you feel like you are home at your friends’ place. We also had breakfast made by them, really suggested! The Cascina is really cozy, there is everything you need. We also were with electric car and we could charge there. They have a selection of wines to taste, from little owners, we found it very nice. Gerri and Maria are really nice people and they are ready to help you if you need it. Friendly and caring. We will for sure come back again one day, Cascina Nomade will stay in our hearts till then :)
