+ This property is very charming, fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. It was cosy and comfortable, the beds were great and we all got an excellent night’s sleep.
− Access is awkward, however, the hosts do their best to overcome this by inviting you to enter and exit via their side of the property when you first arrive and leave. Also whilst the garden is absolutely beautiful, any outdoor space is shared with the owners.

+ A beautiful house that far exceeded our expectations. There was also a lovely pub a short walk away which was wonderful. Would definitely like to stay again.

+ A central location to the village of Modbury, a beautiful historic family home with some of original features still in place. The very best of furniture and utensils and dinner wear. It was a real treat. My daughter and I loved the antique water carafes by the beside and beautiful furniture
− Nothing, it was perfect for us as we spent lots of time out and about. If you’re looking for a place to lounge and lie up on cost sofa this is not it.
