- For the kitchen, it would be great to have more serving bowls and different sizes of pans for the owen. Microwave is not so straightforward to use. Easy to collect keys. However, we were supposed to get a code at 16:30pm on Saturday. We did not hear from anyone. I had to contact the conciergerie at 16:50pm to then being told that housecleaning was not done yet. cleaners arrived at 17pm and we could only take the chalet 30-45mn later. I was told I would get a SMS when it would be ready but I never received anything. Everything was well cleaned up though, no problem there. A few days before I also had requested if we could arrive earlier via the booking app, I was told I would hear back from the owner but I never did. I can understand that there are many chalets to take care of but I would have expected to be informed in advance. We arrived at the chalet at 16:30pm and had to wait basically until about 6pm to get in. I'm sure the staff did all their best. However, I would have appreciated to be called on Saturday to tell me what the situation was. We could have organized our travel a lot more efficiently if we had known. For the kitchen, it would be great to have more serving bowls and different sizes of pans for the owen. Microwave is ...

+ Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Verchaix. Für vier Personen war es völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage am Ende des Dorfes gefallen. + ce petit chalet est très confortable et bien équipé. cet endroit est très calme et bien situé. l on bénéficie d'une vue magnifique. l'équipement est suffisant et la literie très bonne. Son emplacement géographique permet visites et randonnées.

+ De rustige mooie ligging van het huis, mét het mooie uitzicht. In het huis is alles prima in orde. Met de houtkachel is het goed warm te stoken. Zet wel boven een raam open als het te warm wordt. Ideaal vaar 2 personen, met 4 gaat nog maar meer is lastig. Contact met de host verloopt eenvoudig via WhatsApp. Er wordt direct en adequaat gehandeld bij een probleem.
