- The description in booking that it is an appt is not correct. It has a kettle, microwave, oven and that's it. Luckly I called the establishment and they informed me that it wasn´t equipped. The appt was also on a first floor which to get to it you had to take some precarious wooden stairs and there was no banster to take you to the top. It was not ideal with my eldery parents. The door to the street didn´t lock, there was no key so we had to leave the appt every day without locking it. The shower room had a drain that wasn´t in the middle, so when you showered the water remained in the bathroom floor all day and night, which was not pleasant. There wasn´t a mop for us to clean it up so we had to leave it. We were given an extremely small towel, just one per person for the 3 nights. No hand towels. The appt didn´t have enough chairs for us to sit down, they were all different, stools, armchairs etc. I also saw that my youngest son had bedbites all on his stomach and back which can only have come from the bed he was sleeping on. The owners had a dog which was allowed to roam around freely. It took my sons white teeshirt and dragged it around floor, leaving it completely dirty. The owner laughed and replied to my son that he'll have to wash it. After that, my sons didn´t want to go in the pool. They were scared of the dog. The dog also jumped upto my elderly father and cut his arm making it bleed. The dog wasn´t aggressive it was just uncontrollable. The dog also left a phoo in the sitting area. Booking reservation put that local tax was 2,10€. The owner wanted to charge me 18,48€. I tried to show them the reservation but the owner got extremely angry and shouted at me infront of the other guests. Then he stormed off. We left the 2,10€ on the table. Later I received an email saying that I had called them thieves. I called booking to see if I had under paid and booking said that I had already paid the tax in my reservation. + The bed was super comfortable and the room spacious. The setting and view are magnificent and the host welcoming and helpful.
− there was a very slight murmur of a motor somewhere on or outside the premises which disturbed my sleep even though the bed was very comfortable but I am very sensitive to such low frequency noise.
