House rules
When renting a private room with an en-suite bathroom and toilet in a shared house, please note that you are required to remove the bed linen and fold the blankets upon departure.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the room. Meals are available upon request for €14, and breakfast for €5.
If traveling with pets, please note that a surcharge of €10 per pet, per stay applies. Pets are not permitted in the upstairs bedroom.
Please note that guests going on excursions may purchase a packed lunch.
When booking the 3-bedroom house, guests are required to clean the accommodation before departure; this includes vacuuming the entire house and mopping the ground floor only. Additionally, the kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets must be cleaned, and the bedroom blankets folded. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee of €80.
Please note that a security deposit of €80 is required upon arrival for the 3-bedroom house; this will be fully refunded upon departure provided the house is left clean.
