Bedrooms at the adults-only Champneys Forest Mere have sumptuous bathrooms with signature toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. All rooms have a flat-screen TV/DVD, and most have forest views.
The secluded woodland resort features the famous Champneys Spa, which boasts a swimming pool, spa pools and steam rooms. Guests can enjoy bespoke therapies, or relax in the outdoor pool.
Champneys restaurant serves a modern British menu and fine wines. Beverages can be enjoyed in the cosy lounges or on the sun terrace, which offers magnificent views of the lake.
Champneys Forest Mere resort has a peaceful, secluded location, within an hours’ drive of central London. There is free on-site parking, and the coast at Portsmouth is a 35-minute drive away.

House rules
The quoted package is based on a nightly Bed & Breakfast rate with an arrival time from 5:00 PM.
Guests enjoy complimentary access to the gym. Please note that spa and leisure facilities are not included in the room rate and are subject to availability upon check-in. Spa access is available for an additional charge of £35 per person, per session, with the following access times:
• Morning Session: Until 11:00 AM
• Evening Session: From 5:00 PM until closing
Guests are welcome to remain on-site between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM; however, a facility charge of £70 per person, per day will apply during these hours.
Dress Code Policy
Sportswear is permitted throughout the day. For dinner, guests are required to wear smart casual attire.
Please note that workwear of any kind, including but not limited to work boots, high-visibility jackets, and hard hats, is not permitted anywhere within the resort, including upon arrival at Reception.
Champneys reserves the right to request that any guest not adhering to the dress code change into appropriate attire or leave the resort premises.
To ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests, appropriate clothing must be worn throughout the health spa facilities. Acceptable attire includes:
• Smart casual clothing
• A robe and flip-flops
• Fitness wear
Guests who are not dressed in accordance with the resort's dress code may be asked to change or, where necessary, leave the resort.
