+ I like the panaramic view, the quiet and peaceful location, the experience of staying in a historic but renovated house in a quiet French village. The house is clean and charming and is equipped with everything. There are restaurants/cafes and groceries nearby in walking distance. Avignon center is easily accessible by No.5 bus which is 5 min walk away. The village itself is lovely to explore as well. The management team is superb, responsive and gracious which made my stay comfortable and memorable. - There is no TV. If you are without a car, the bus to Avignon center on Sundays is limited, but it would be fine if you know the bus schedule and plan ahead. - This is not necessarily something bad but rather something to be aware of and that should be more clear in the listing. As mentioned in other reviews, and possibly as expected from a property of this age, the stairs are very narrow, winding and steep, making it challenging for older persons or those with mobility issues. The bathtub further complicates the situation as getting in and out is difficult (I had to help my mother do it). Finally, I would recommend this property for no more than 2 people (despite it having two double sofa beds) as it is quite small and those sleeping upstairs in the living / kitchen are not only cramped but have to go down those same stairs if need to use the bathroom. + The view from the apartment is amazing! The house itself is very charming and has everything that is needed. The host is wonderful - responds very quickly and is very helpful. The location is very convenient: it is a very quick and easy ride by bus to Avignon and a short walk to the lovely downtown of Villeneuve-les-Avignon.

+ The views were stunning. Surprisingly the sofa bed was very comfortable. The upstairs was warm. It was very secure.
− No wifi which was a bit confusing because the booking.com description said it did. The stairs were very steep - ok for us but would be a problem for some. Downstairs had no curtains or blinds so was colder.
