+ The house was beautifully decorated and cozy , really clean and smelt lovely , the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The house was within walking distance of everything, I messaged Liam (the host) a couple of times and he responded almost instantly he was really helpful and polite. + Characterful, comfortable, nice and cool in the basement kitchen during our heatwave. Would definitely stay again
− I can only say it could do with kitchen basics, like tea, coffee and milk, we arrived late Sunday evening and this wasn’t easy to get

+ Great location, great house. Easy to find. I would just make sure people pay attention to the height of the kitchen as it is low as described. Parking is also only possible a little away for anything less than £8 a day so if people struggle with mobility I would keep that in mind.
− Couple of very small things such as only a half loo roll left for the week but that’s just if I’m being really fussy.

+ Good central location with easy access to river and town centre. Very clean and all the facilities you could want.
− The kitchen had all you needed for a short stay but the ceilings are low. There is a club near by so there is some noise in the evening which didn’t bother us but the hosts had also provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.
