House rules
We encourage stays with family and friends who respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
No one from outside the rental property is allowed to stay in the cottage without the owners' permission.
Parties are strictly prohibited. No loud music.
Due to past abuses, groups, including groups of young adults, looking for a place to party are not permitted.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Please inform CHEZ la LOUISE in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• A damage deposit of €350 is required on arrival. That's about $393. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
