+ The studio is very modern and clean. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable! There's all you need for a short staying in the kitchen, they even provided a few coffee pods and teabags which I really appreciated. It was literally 3mn from the station which was very convenient. It was very easy to communicate with the owners, they were very reactive when I needed them. The key box is by the door of the flat and easy to use. You just receive the code before your staying. I can't remember if I actually saw the pictures of the studio specifically on the website or the ones of another bigger flat they rent... But anyway, it was quite spacious for a studio and everything looked as modern as on the pictures that are out there. The studio is very modern and clean. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable! There's all you need for a short stay...
- There were no clean sheets when I came. It probably was just a mistake as opposed to the usual situation, but it impacted my plans for the night and I had to wait for someone from the dry cleaner to drop the clean set of sheets and towels, and then do the bed myself... which isn't ideal obviously even though not catastrophic! The staircase leading to the flat is really old and in poor condition, and also doesn't feel the safest as the door to the street isn't locked. There was only 1 (or half should I say) toilet paper roll so, even if I wasn't staying long, I thought that wasn't very generous. There should be a spare one or at least a full/new one! There could be at least some soap to wash hands in the bathroom, like a big soap dispenser, so people don't have to use dish liquid from the kitchen or take their own soap out of their stuff when they just arrived. The lamp by the bed didn't have a light bulb which isn't so nice for night time. All that being said I thought it was good value and fine place to stay. I would probably go back. + The location was near walking distance the st Etienne railway station and tram lines. The room was comfortable and kitchen was equipped for use. Overall clean and cozy.
− It the is difficult to find and building looks is run down and not in use. When you first step in it is a bit scary but the room once you get past this is as per the pictures.

+ The location was superb as it is just a stone throw to the railway station. The outside was rundown but once I get all the way to my apartment it is good. The apartment was good size, bright, clean and comfortable. Was able to feel at cozy there. Host help with informative video clip when I didn’t know how to open up the bed.
− Only the entrance to the building was dark and difficult to find for first time. Luckily saw the large 49 on the wall next to the door. The walk from door to the stairs was dark and rundown. Thank God my driver was so nice and he walk me to the apartment door the first time otherwise as a solo person I was really scared.
