Please do not disturb the air conditioning.
- Only access to the apartment with the terrace is accessible to you, as well as the downstairs garden.
The remainder of the property remains private, so access is not permitted.
- Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment and if you smoke outside, please extinguish your cigarette butts, risk of fire on the property.
- Do not charge an electric vehicle without our authorization.
- When you leave the accommodation, the sheets and towels must be collected in the bathroom.
Please empty the trash.
The containers are outside, when you leave the apartment in front of you on the right.
Dishes done, and put away.
Refrigerator and freezer empty.
Please ensure that you return the accommodation clean, as it was when you arrived.
- Animals are not allowed.
- Visits are only permitted after our acceptance.
- This accommodation is only intended for 2 adults and possibly 1 child (or an adult).
- No demonstrations, parties, etc. is not accepted.
