+ Staff responded to my issues quickly Cheap Door lock system is good
− Stricter checks on cleaners required - toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, bedsheets were not changed before I got there (smelled strongly of body odour), plates badly washed and kettle had splashes all over it. Internet is extremely slow (can barely load a 480P YouTube video, struggles with WhatsApp voice call) and disconnects Rooms are terribly named. If you look at the photos, you would think the biggest room is the 'deluxe double room' because 'deluxe' implies advantage over alternatives. On the contrary, the room called 'standard double room with shared bathroom' is the biggest, nicest looking room in the photos, 'deluxe double room' is the smallest, and 'standard double room' is in the middle. I had booked the 'deluxe double room' and was very disappointed to see that it was the smallest of the 3 pictured rooms. I didn't realise there was a section where the pictures of each specific room can be viewed, so I assumed that the biggest room was 'deluxe'. Why they are named this way makes absolutely no sense to me. The customer service lady told me first that the smallest room is in fact the 'deluxe' and then later back tracked claiming that Booking.com had mislabelled the rooms. Hot water fluctuates from hot to cold and back, and the pressure goes up and down too. A few simple changes from the owners would make this place a lot more habitable. More frequent cleanings of communal areas, faster internet, fixing the geyser/boiler, naming the rooms properly. Hope these are fixed by the time you visit
