If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, the property will contact you to arrange payment as well as an appointment to collect the key. The fine print

• A damage deposit of €150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $168. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
