For stays of more than 2 nights, an express cleaning is carried out, without changing sheets and towels and end of stay cleaning is included.
For stays of 7 to 29 nights, weekly cleaning is included with change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
For any reservation of more than 5 rooms or for 12 people, special conditions apply.
It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.
A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 7 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment.
