+ Perfect for larger group. Rooms were very comfortable and space was great. Location was ideal.
− Only a few minor things which I’m mentioning as it’s a new listing so opportunity to resolve. - Handle for built in dishwasher is near impossible to use. It’s very hard to grab to pull the integrated door down. - Door to the utility for fridge requires a handle. - Bins missing from a couple of bathrooms

+ We really liked the spacious living room and kitchen area, which was ideal for a large group or family to relax, spend time together and enjoy meals. It was also really convenient that most of the bedrooms had their own en-suites, which made the stay much easier, especially with a larger group. The location was another big positive. It was easy to access nearby attractions and places of interest without having to travel too far, making it a great base for exploring the area.
− Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were several areas that could be improved to make the accommodation more comfortable and suitable for families. There were no air-conditioning facilities or fans provided, which was particularly difficult as the weather was very hot during our stay. The attic bedrooms had very little air circulation, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the room with the bunk beds. It would also have been beneficial to have locks on the bedroom doors, as this would provide guests with additional privacy and security. A downstairs toilet would also be a great addition, particularly for families with young children and elderly guests, as it would avoid having to go upstairs to the en-suite bathrooms every time the toilet is needed. The shower temperature and pressure were also inconsistent. The water repeatedly went from very hot to very cold, despite being set to the required temperature, which made showering quite difficult. There were also some areas that appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning, with dust and mess visible underneath the sofas and in some less accessible areas. Another issue was the positioning of some of the electrical sockets, which were located behind the beds and therefore difficult to access when trying to charge phones, tablets and other devices. Finally, it would have been a nice added feature to have TVs available in the bedrooms, particularly for families with children. With improvements to these areas, the accommodation could be much more comfortable and convenient for guests.
