• Under no circumstances may a fire be lit to heat the hot tub from June to September, unless the restriction is lifted and Cork Valley confirms that a fire may be lit.
• Should a guest breach this restriction, they will be reported to Seprona and will be liable for fines of between €5,000 and €10,000 for lighting a fire in this area, which is at high risk of fire; depending on the damage caused, this may also result in criminal liability carrying prison sentences.
