- Communication was terrible. I arrived at ten o'clock in the evening at the gate and there was nobody. The bell did not work, messages on Booking were not checked, I tried calling but I do not speak Italian so that was difficult. I then send a text like I was asked on the phone, no answer again. Had to call back to be notified someone was coming to the hotel. I was already waiting for half an hour and had to wait another half hour before someone was there. It really was 45 minutes. Breakfast is at 8 and when I asked if 7-7h30 was an option, the answer was they had to sleep. There was also a party going on nearby which was loud (just bad timing, but together with everything else, that was no fun either). Communication was terrible.
