- I dont like being negative, but the house is located in a war zone, with neighbours from hell and demon children who are out of control. I slept badly as the noise and worrying wither the van was safe and up checking throughout the night. The house inside has had some effort put into it but fails miserably with the kitchen. The worktops painted with dirt and dust painted into them. The majority of the cupboards are dirty and contain nothing with doors that dont close. There isn't much in the line of cook ware, not that you would consider cooking there in the first place. Kitchen windows are held shut with wire dont close properly.. overall, the kitchen is its biggest letdown, very poor. So we now get to the bathroom and have no bath plug for the bath, & shower mixer needs to be changed. New shower head holder needed and towel rail, door hooks, toilet roll dispenser. This is more of an audit to tell the landlord where they have let themselves down.. or else they ran out of money. It's just not a great location and not value for money, just looks OK in photos. I gave it a three not to be mean but barely scrapes a two. Sorry but I have to be honest 👎👎 I dont like being negative, but the house is located in a war zone, with neighbours from hell and demon children who ...

+ Nothing. Walked in and walked out. Extremely bad area. The single glazed windows in the kitchen wouldn’t close and the heavy duty barbed wire suggests the potential for or previous break ins. Ill equipped. Dirty. Everything in the kitchen needs replacing and that’s not because it’s not modern (it isn’t) but the hob is cracked and it’s an electric hob (I’d be surprised if it was even safe) cupboards don’t close and rotting food left in the fridge. At first I didn’t even think there was a bathroom as the doors wouldn’t open without a struggle. Nothing. Walked in and walked out. Extremely bad area.
