+ What an absolute gem of a find ! Absolutely love this place ! I was going to attend an event in Bromham, Bedford so looked online for a place to stay, preferably self catering & found this ! Amazing ! & It's only 6 minutes drive from where I wanted to go ! Never stayed in a Manor House 🏡 before ! To get a flatlet to stay in here, was & is exciting to me ! The flat itself is a perfectly spacious layout. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, ambient colour schemes, comfortable, relaxing, ... ! Love that they have a very large sofabed in the sitting room with TV. The little kitchen has everything you could need or want & even has a top loading washing machine ! Harriet left a pint of top quality locally produced organic milk in the fridge ! Beds very comfy ! Nice views. The Manor House 🏡 itself is full of historic charm, love the original servants' bells in the hallway ! Large ample car park ! Appreciate being allowed to explore the beautiful grounds & use if desired. Was very much looking forward to going paddleboarding on the local, nearby River Ooze but unfortunately that activity was closed when we visited but the rest of the water sports activity centre park, reception & restaurant were open there. Hope to get to do it next time ! Harriet, the lady owner, was very, very nice & responsive to questions in messages before arrival although we didn't see or meet while staying there for 3 days & nights although saw a couple of family members & dogs around but appreciated being left in peace, to own devices & not interfered with. Very peaceful & felt free & not restricted, Thank You Harriet ! Definitely want to book again for another long weekend for same event next year !! It's a no brainer ! − There is nothing not to like or love about this property ! Only downside that could possibly be is for people with limited mobility as you have to climb 🪜 2 flights of stairs up to the 2nd floor but that wasn't a problem for me at all.

+ The space was tastefully decorated and very tidy. Cosy and clean, in a lovely setting and the hosts were helpful and welcoming. Plenty of parking and the added bonus of having access to a charging point for EV's. Fresh milk was provided for a cuppa too!
− The accommodation is on the 3 floor so stairs are unavoidable..
