Please note that upon reservation guests will receive an email from Cote Ouest with the customised access code to the apartment, once all payments are made including City / Tourists Tax paid directly by visitor to Cote Ouest. Booking does not collect City Tax. This code is necessary to access the residence.

A small pet is accepted IF AND ONLY IF you contact us beforehand, pay the supplement of 20 € / animal and accept the rules: 1 - NO BARKING / MEOWING 2 - NEVER LEAVE ALONE 3 - LEAVE CLEAN. We can come in and expel an animal if necessary.
