- The sofa had stains Al over the place. You can tell they haven't cleaned it in years!🤨 The washer and dryer don't work. There was garbage under the sink. When Alexandra showed me the apartment the tv in the bedroom had trouble turning on and off. It had two remote controls, one to turn on and one to change the channels. She clearly had trouble with the remote and also when I used it in front of her. Later that night I turned it on and wouldn't turn of even using the side controls. So I disconnect it and left it off. She came at 11:30 am to give my deposit and check the apartment. She told me to wait in the lobby so she can inspect the apartment and would call me back, that raised a red flag but I waited, after 15 mins she calls the front desk so I can go upstairs. Turned out she was CLEANING THE APARTMENT WHILE MAKING ME WAIT😡 I saw the garbage bag outside in the hall and she had taken the linen off the bed. She tells me the tv doesn't turn on, I reminded her how it was from the get go. She tells she doesn't remember and it was in good conditions. Calling me a lair😡 She tells me she's gonna have to call her son to come check the tv. I'm gonna have to wait for her son between the 17th and 18th to check the tv and return my $100 deposit. Clearly she was trying to rob me. I told her keep the deposit, since I'm a liar. She tells I can always get my deposit through western union!😱 So I paid her cash, but I have to go out of my fuckin way to get my deposit🤨😡. Lessoned learned. I don't recommend it at all!!! And I'm completely bilingual!! There was no miscommunication or misunderstanding. The sofa had stains Al over the place.
