House rules
Smoking is only permitted in the garden. It is strictly forbidden in the rooms.
Late check-in after 22:00 is available on request and prior to arrival at extra cost of £10 per booking. No check-ins can be accommodated after midnight.
The fine print

• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. That's about $134. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
