- The first entrance to the property you come to has a camera and you are lead to believe that since you registered your car registration that the camera will recognise you and open. It doesn't. And there was no sign to say use another entrance, which is about another 400m up the road and round a bend. The roads leading up to the property are shocking and almost burst my tyre twice. Check-in was stressful. Even informing the property when you are due and being totally on time, there was not a single member of staff on site. Almost an hour wasted wandering around looking for someone. The external office building is being used as storage, despite being signposted as where to go for help. The property obviously don't read their Booking.com messages regularly. Phone calls didn't really help either. Luckily my Spanish isn't that bad but I felt I was being sent on a wild goose chase. Eventually we got in and a lady appeared as if by magic, I think perhaps the girl I spoke to on the phone had summoned her. The chalets are small. A little tired and we made sure to take pictures of the damaged areas for fear that we would be blamed for it. Once booked you are sent a long long list for charges that can be enforced if you do certain things! A bit over the top and quite frankly, had I not paid it upfront, I may have cancelled. + The location is beautiful, away from towns and noise (perhaps not for someone who wants to be in town). You do need a car. Peaceful and quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Pool was lovely.
− I don't eat eggs so it would be nice to know if the pastries that are there in the morning are with eggs. As a vegetarian and non -egg eater, I think perhaps a fruit or another vegetable at breakfast would be nice but as it was - it was lovely.
