+ We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The annex is cosy and well equipped with everything you need for everyday life. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few basics such as pasta, rice and sauces, which was a lovely touch. There is a fridge with a freezer compartment, the shower had plenty of hot water almost instantly, and everything was clean and well maintained. The fully enclosed little garden was perfect for our dog, who also felt completely at home. Although the accommodation isn’t large, that’s exactly what you expect from the description, and we found it had more than enough space to relax and enjoy our stay. It’s an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. There are lovely pubs nearby serving good food, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. We especially enjoyed walking through the fields and woodland, and the beautiful old church and cemetery behind the house were well worth a visit. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle, this is a fantastic place. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to return. + Everything was super well equipped, really comfy, warm and stylish. The garden was fabulous, and I was able to cook prep all my meals in the annex. The fireplace was a bonus and the beds SUPER comfy.
− The neighbours were super noisy til late though I know that's not the host's fault! Just a shame
