+ On arrival, the host Adina couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. When travelling we use budget hotels and in my opinion for the price this was perfectly acceptable. + The location was close to where you wanted to be in the town. It was clean and modern and comfortable. The location was close to where you wanted to be in the town. It was clean and modern and comfortable.
- There was no address on the door and it was impossible to find. When you pull up on the street, there is no address from number 9 on the street. The address of the property was in the upper teens. The only thing you can see is an abandoned hotel, called something like the 'sports' hotel'. It is under construction. I could not find the Dama Lodge. Nothing with that name on it, no street address posted to know where it was in more than a block of buildings. People in the neighborhood had never heard of it. I tried calling the number. No answer. I wandered around aimlessly for an hour. It was late. I was going to have to find another hotel. Finally, someone answered the phone. It a door next to the Sport hotel under construction. PUT THE STREET ADDRESS AND A NAME ON THE PROPERTY on the DOOR. That is unforgivable. Also booking.com sent the code for the door too late to be of any use. + chambre spacieuse grand lit confortable , grande penderie ,le système de chauffage ainsi que celui de la sdb devrait être expliqué par une simple notice , on entend pas les bruits de la rue , produit de courtoisie dans la chambre ainsi que dans le SDB ; l'arrivée se fait avec un code , au rez de chaussée bouilloire avec bouteille d'eau pour le thé pratique , le chauffage par le plafond impeccable et rapide ,il faudrait prévoir à l'avenir des stores qui se baisse de l'intérieur car le rideau ne suffit pas à masquer les lumières de la rue prés du centre ville ou l'on peut manger se promener sans déplacer la voiture parking gratuit
− oreiller mémoire de forme trop dur , manque un fauteuil qui pourrait être installé à l'angle de la fenêtre; problème d'isolation phonique on entend les voisins de chambre et tout ce qu'ils font ;porte qui claque , au rez de chaussée machine à café mais pas de dosettes ; il faudra aussi revoir les finitions tuyaux dans la SDB visible ; manque des prises pour se brancher par exemple prés du bureau

+ belle chambre. Salle de bain exceptionnelle. Propreté. Présence d'un panier dans la chambre avec divers produits (très appréciable). les propriétaires avaient laissé des consignes claires par mail et SMS pour l'accès à la chambre. Hôtel situé au centre ville, parking facile
− Escalier un peu raide pour des personnes âgées. Problème de téléviseur dont nous avons fait part aux propriétaires (par SMS) qui se sont engagés à rédiger une notice explicative pour l'utilisation du matériel un peu compliquée
