- The walk up to my room was just not appealing to look at as the carpet was all sorts of stained. Reception wasn’t at the desk and kept me waiting outside for almost an hour. Property manger doesn’t even keep his phone on. Had to ask the business next door if they knew how to get a hold of the hotel otherwise I wasn’t even going to check in. - It was unclean, the carpet was dirty of course what do I expect it was a last minute hotel booking , the pictures are kind of deceiving, days later now I have bites on my skin from bedbugs as I saw two of them and flushed them down the toilet with a paper toilet My first night experience there was a random man who tried to open my door , I’m glad the hotel staff were quick on ensuring I was safe, they were very kind .. if only the cleanliness can be improved and consistently it would be a 10!
