Please note, when breakfast is included in the rate, it is free for 2 adults only. A child under 12 has free breakfast when 2 adult breakfasts are included in the rate. Extra breakfast charges apply for children aged 13 or over. Extra breakfast charge applies for a third adult in the room.
An anti-allergy deep cleaning fee of 30 GBP for one dog and 50 GBP for two dogs will apply. For stays longer than 7 days, an additional weekly fee of 50 GBP applies. Maximum of two dogs per room applies.

• A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. That's about $67. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
