*Arrival and Departure:
Please respect the check-out times. Any excessive late departure beyond 12:00 PM
(noon) without prior authorization will incur a fixed additional charge of €50.
*Unauthorized Additional Guests:
If any additional person is found staying in the apartment beyond the number of guests authorized for the booking, the rental agreement will be terminated immediately, without any refund for the remaining rental period. In addition, a fixed supplementary fee of €50 per day will be charged for each day since the beginning of the stay.
*Until December 31, 2026 inclusive, we offer one spa session for any rental of two nights or more.
*Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar gatherings are prohibited at this property.
*Guests must avoid making noise between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
