+ I absolutely loved the historical building, the spacious car park and the easy motorway access. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. If you’re planning a trip to Tuscany this could be a great option too. The staff was lovely and the owner was friendly, even giving me a few recommendations. It’s also a good place for breakfast. + It was clean. Ideal for our one night stay and there was a fantastic Pizzeria attached to the B& B. The breakfast down the road was very good quality, typical croisants and hot drink. The croisants were larger than we expected and we got 2 per person. There was a good supermarket about 200mtrs away called Gala. Very good prices.
− The only thing was having to wait for the owner to turn up after we phoned him.

+ Very pleasant room with great shower and comfortable bed. Lots of parking space for cars and a covered area provided for motorbikes - thanks! Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English which we appreciated. Breakfast was covered with a voucher for a nearby cafe which was delicious! Lake Magione is close by and is very picturesque. The local town has a good selection of restaurants - we ate in Al Sottobosco which was excellent.
− Slight downside is that this property is in a rather industrial area. Saying that, there was no noise with the good quality double glazing - just that it doesn’t have a view. Very handy as a base to travel around though.
