House rules
The swimming pool is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The pool is closed on weekends and may also be closed on certain additional dates depending on the caretaker’s holidays, as the caretaker is responsible for managing access.
Please note that access to the swimming pool is not unrestricted, and towels and bathrobes are not provided.
If swimming pool access is an essential part of your stay, please check availability with us before making your reservation.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

• Piscine #1 is closed from Sat 27 Dec 2025 until Fri 24 Apr 2026
• A damage deposit of €500 is required on arrival. That's about $561. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
