- Unfortunately I had to lower rating for how was my stay as the bedroom shutter remained closed. No fault of owner and he did try to have it fixed but I had chosen this property for the view with the wide window in bedroom and the review stating views of stars. Hottest heatwave on record….and impossible to sit outside. So bad timing. But for me it was major disappointment.’ No Light pollution’ depends on side of property. This side there was a row of wind turbines with lights at night The stairs to unit were impossible for me. Steep and no handrail. Owner suggests if you have mobility issue you contact him before booking as there is a choice of accommodation. - The only tiny downside was being asked if we wanted sheets and being charged for them as an additional cost. Maybe this is typical if you stay in a French gite but this is something I haven’t come across before and it seemed strange. I would have been far happier if the rate for sheets was built into the overall price and paid a bit more, rather than a surprise additional cost. + We have just returned from 12 nights at O Lingot d’Oc. We absolutely loved it. The location is amazing - so peaceful and calm. The owners are lovely and very helpful - and we loved their very sweet dog who checks up on your regularly. Beautiful pool and great location to easily get to lots of places while surrounded by peace and nature. Would definitely return!

+ A little paradise of my own! This accommodation exceeded all my expectations and felt very personal and welcoming. Enjoying a lovely breakfast every morning on your own little terrace, with a fantastic view, was an experience in itself. The environment is incredibly peaceful and calming, perfect for relaxation and recovery. The heated pool and access to the jacuzzi in the beautiful surroundings made the stay extra luxurious. The room was consistently clean, fresh and very well maintained and the entire facility felt safe and well taken care of. I can give this accommodation my warmest recommendations – absolutely top marks and a place I would love to return to!

+ The host was extremely friendly an accommodating to all our requirements. Our small dog and the one at the property became friends, he did not want to leave at all.
