+ The studio was superb, the space was brilliantly designed with absolutely everything you could need for a short (or longer stay ) . The balcony had the most phenomenal views of the countryside and mountains beyond and we sat and watched probably one of the most beautiful sunsets ever . Everything in the studio is of a high quality and seemed brand new , the bed was very comfy . The place is well located and is a 3 minute walk from the Main Street with lovely restaurants and bars . The owner himself couldn’t have been more helpful , very responsive on what’s app with some great recommendations for places to eat and where to park (which was a car park right next to the property ) . + Great location few steps from the center. Room is a bit small, but well designed, very clean new facility. There are mosquito nets, coffee, tea and water in the room, good quality bed linen. Good location for walking the Via Francigena.

+ The apartment has probably been completely renovated in the recent past, because it looks like it was just recently built. It is very clean and tidy, airy, comfortable. It has all the necessary elements and accessories for one or more nights. If you want to prepare a meal for yourself, you have that option. Completely free parking is a 4-minute walk away. The price you will pay is great. I will definitely return here in the future. San Miniato is located in the middle of this region and is a great starting point to visit a different historical site every day.
− You should pay attention to the ZTL zone if you come with your own car or rental car. This has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment or the accommodation I stayed in, but I want to draw your attention to this detail. Be sure to ask about Zona a Traffico Limitato.
