- • We turned off the toilet water as it does not stop running • We did not have linen for the sofa bed, as requested, so we had to buy our own after trying to call multiple times, without success. Being contactable for your guests should really be a priority. • Heater in the bedroom is not hanging on the wall correctly • No kettle or coffee maker • No tea towel (luckily I run my own property business and I had a spare in my van) • Vacuum cleaner works but the attachment is broken so we had to use it without • Also there was a bad smell in the apartment when we arrived so we bought a scented candle to make it more pleasant • There is also no fire alarm • Only 1 wine glass These issues were brought to the hosts attention and we have not received any response from them or acknowledgement.
