House rules
Please note, the Cancellation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancellation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.
Guests are offered complimentary use of hotel leisure centre facilities - swimming pool, spa pool, steam room and fitness conditioning suite. There is no access to the Spa Garden, unless Spa Garden rooms have been booked.
The fine print
• Sauna is closed from Tue 25 Aug 2026 until Mon 05 Oct 2026
• Dunadry Swimming Pool is closed from Fri 09 Oct 2026 until Mon 26 Oct 2026
• A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. That's about $134. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
