House rules
Guests arriving after midnight should call the hostel in advance, between 09:00 and 18:00 to arrange entry and check-in.
Reception hours are from 8:00 to 00:00 (8am - midnight).
If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please email the hostel on dundeebackpackershostel@gmail.com. Full payment will be taken at this time, and instructions regarding collection of keys and location of rooms will be emailed to you.
Please note that the hostel will charge a 3% fee for non-European Economic Area (EEA) cards.

• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please inform Dundee Backpackers Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
