• Please inform Dundee Beds in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
• A damage deposit of £100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $134. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
