- 1) The apartment has 5 floors.... 2) Poor quality ( stones on the road at the end, really steep and narrow road) of the access road (about 400 m) to the accommodation from the main road. + Siamo arrivati in questa baita perché da fuori ci ha dato questa impressione immersa nel verde dei prati e tutto intorno un gruppetto di casette e i monti,ci siamo subito sentiti a casa e aprendo la porta abbiamo scoperto che all'interno c'era proprio tutto non mancava nulla...anzi .... Cinzia ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta tanto la sua disponibilità ad accogliere le nostre richieste...ci torneremo sicuramente sia in estate che in inverno e se ci sarà la neve monteremo le catene se serviranno per raggiungere questo meraviglioso posto... + nel complesso è andato tutto bene con piccole riserve. Il posto in mezzo al verde è spettacolare, la natura circonda questo piccolissimo villaggio nei pressi di Incudine. Da visitare assolutamente le trincee della prima guerra mondiate, si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze del villaggio.
− L'accesso al villaggio non è dei più agevoli, ci sono circa 500 Metri di strada sterrata e dissestata oltretutto con passaggi molto stretti per arrivare a questa baita di montagna, assolutamente non arrivare con auto sportive o troppo basse di pianale altrimenti si rischia di danneggiare il sottoscocca, ideali SUV non troppo grandi e comunque una buona dimestichezza di guida in passaggi mediamente difficili. Quanto alla baita/Chalet El Bail abbiamo trovato qualche malfunzionamento dell'impianto di riscaldamento poi risolto con l'aiuto del proprietario Ivan, persona davvero cortese e disponibile da remoto. Altro appunto fatto a chi gestisce sul posto la proprietà riguardo la pulizia generale trovata imperfetta e la mancanza di istruzioni sull'uso dei dispositivi presenti in casa, riscaldamento in primis come pure il Wifi, (ben funzionante ma con la password difficile da trovare in quanto scritta a pennarello sul ripetitore e non lasciata scritta in modo facile da trovare com'è normale che sia) i diversi televisori presenti con pile scariche, Velux (lucernario a comando elettrico) senza istruzioni e con telecomando scarico e quant'altro. A questo proposito come feedback ho consigliato a chi gestisce e amministra la proprietà di curare meglio le pulizie e di allestire uno scritto con tutte le istruzioni necessarie (magari in diverse lingue) da lasciare sul posto per i prossimi clienti.

+ l’interazione con l’agenzia: gentili, puntuali, attenti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere anche il padrone di casa: altrettanto disponibile e cordiale. La casa è molto curata, moderna e ben attrezzata (soprattutto la cucina) anche per lunghi soggiorni. Posizione strategica: isolata ma abbastanza vicino alla strada. Buon punto di partenza per passeggiate. Il paese di Incudine si raggiunge anche a piedi senza dover camminare lungo la statale.
− Tutto perfetto, solo il parcheggio richiede qualche manovra e per raggiungerlo c’è da attraversare un passaggio un po’ stretto tra le case. Una macchina di grosse dimensioni potrebbe avere qualche difficoltà.
