- If you cancel your booking.

- Stays reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding a customer's eligibility to receive the price match.

House rules
For group bookings (2 or more rooms), the cancellation period is 3 days.
Cash payment is required on arrival to check in. Cash is only payable at property. Card details are taken in advance to secure the booking and to process payments for late cancellations / no shows or if the property is damaged.
Please note check in after 21:30 unless confirmed by management prior to arrival and at a surcharge of £10 per extra hour.
Guests with special requirement such a disability access room or ground floor room must inform the property prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
