+ The property was modern and comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Bed reasonably comfortable and the air conditioning made it pleasant to sleep in the summer heat. The owner was very responsive when I let him know that the hot water was off and gave instructions on resetting the thermostat and we had hot water. Immediately. The parking for the city escalator is up the road which was very useful to get into Orvieto which is a truly beautiful and clean town. The property was modern and comfortable. - It was rather hot downstairs without air conditioning. It might be a good idea to have a fan to help with the heat. As the property does not have signage outside it was a little tricky to find, perhaps the name of the apartment should be clearly displayed. It is disappointing to find as a non Italian speaker that the TV is on a different WiFi to the guest WiFi which means casting Prime etc is not feasible. It was rather hot downstairs without air conditioning. It might be a good idea to have a fan to help with the heat. ...

+ Great location just outside Orvieto, quite close to campo del fiori parking where you can take the elevator up to the old city. Very convenient. Apartment is comfortable and clean and the host was very communicative and polite.

+ Great location close to Orvieto esculator entrance and short drive to Civita. Check in was remkte and easy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped but I did not actual cook any meals just breakfast.

+ The appartment is newly converted, super clean & comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size & the beds comfortable. The bath is huge! The kitchen is well equipt for a night or two & a small breakfast of tea, coffee, cake & jam was provided. The parking space right outside was very welcome, & although we had to check out on time, we were able to leave the car parked there whilst exploring the town. Location is great, just a short walk to get to the access lift to the old town centre, which is stunning.
