+ The location was beautiful and very quiet
− Being deceived by on line photos that show the property new and clean . From day 1 we had to clean down the kitchen and various different places . There was Only 1 fan in a 2 bedroom place as the aircon only works from 12 am to 21.30 so didn't sleep the first night as the house sits around 30 c . The owner did provide another fan the day after which was appreciated ( 2 rooms = 2 fans )but aircon should be available as its labelled.... luxurious. The house is old dirty and run down . Jacuzzi didn't work and is rotting away / falling apart and couldn't use the log burner on the jacuzzi as the flume sits inside a tree so didn't want to cause a fire . No tv , no toaster , no kettle . There is absolutely no shade outside so I had to buy some plastic to shade part of the naya so we use part of the outside . Building rubbish scattered around the property, rats living under the jacuzzi which we had the pleasure of them In our kitchen eating my food even though the windows and doors were closed . The table and floors have not been hoovered In a long time as u can see all the dirt / food etc between the joints . The house outside floors / furniture again very old and need treating and staining . Spoilt my daughters 18 th birthday day and upset by the lack of maintenance that should be maintained to a property while asking so much to rent it
