Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside the working hours.
A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and €40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or have no window. Smoking or partying will be reason for immediate expulsion and have a fine of 99€
The loss of the key has a penalty of 49€.
If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.
Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid by them. Payment is required in cash to the person who recives you.
Check-in is free from 3pm to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.
