+ A beautiful, atmospheric apartment in an amazing location, right in the centre of Pisa. Only about a 5-minute walk from the Tower. The apartment has a lot of charm, a beautiful ceiling and a fantastic view of the Tower and the Baptistery. Very quiet despite being so central. The bed was very comfortable and the two air-conditioning units worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot days. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was also very clean. A chopping board in the kitchen would be a useful addition and a little more toilet paper for a 4–5 day stay would be appreciated. + The location was awesome, seen the tower from the window in the morning was unique, and even though we were next to one the busiest streets there was not noise at all coming from the street at night.

+ The location of this property is key. It is very close to the Tower and the Piazza dei Miracoli and the door opens out on to a street full of restaurants. Despite this, the bedroom is at the back and extremely quiet - and the bed was very comfortable. There is spare bedding in the wardrobe which we needed as it turned cold while we were there. The apartment itself is okay - located a few flights up in an old building. The living space is more like a corridor than a room, but it was grand to sit in. No complaints about the accommodation.
− My only disappointment was that we were unable to leave our cases (even on the step outside the apartment door) for a couple of hours on the day we were leaving. The times for check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) are inflexible if you have a later flight. Small points also - the tv remote volume appears to allow either mute or loud. We couldn't get an inbetween volume. The water pressure isn't sufficient to use the rain shower head but the wall shower head worked fine. I also felt that I was not communicating with a person, but an AI agent (hence the inflexibility, perhaps).
