+ The apartment is nicely renovated, cozy, and generally well equipped. The kitchen is spacious and includes everything needed for cooking, although some cookware (pots and frying pans) was quite worn. There are a few things future guests may want to know in advance. Initially, we only received the host’s phone number without check-in instructions, though the instructions were sent after we contacted them. Communication overall was rather limited and not always very clear. Travelers arriving by car should note that there is no private parking — only public paid parking nearby, where finding a space may sometimes be difficult. This is mentioned in the listing, but worth paying attention to. Guests with heavy luggage or small children should also be aware that there is a fairly steep uphill walk from the parking area to the house, as well as steep stairs inside the building. This was manageable for us personally, but could be inconvenient for some travelers. More information inside the apartment would also be helpful. For example, we could not find Wi-Fi access details or clear instructions for using the pellet stove and radiators. The listing mentions breakfast included, but in practice it is more of a small welcome set for one morning: toast, cookies, cereal, jam, coffee capsules, and milk. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the shower. The water pressure was extremely weak, hot water often took a very long time to arrive (sometimes up to 30 minutes), and the temperature changed unpredictably. During showers, the water could suddenly turn ice cold without warning, and we then had to wait again for warm water to return. This made using the shower quite stressful and inconvenient, especially for guests with long hair. The heating system was also somewhat confusing because the radiators worked inconsistently, so it was often unclear whether the fireplace needed to be used instead. − Вот перевод на английский, коротко и нейтрально, подходит для Booking / Google Maps: The main downside was that the apartment was completely cold upon arrival (around 15°C), despite the stated check-in time. We had to heat it from scratch using the fireplace, which took about three hours, and even then a comfortable temperature was only reached on the second day. The fireplace cannot be left on overnight for safety reasons, so it was cold again in the morning. It’s unclear why the apartment wasn’t preheated in advance. There were also no wine glasses, and cleanliness could have been better in some areas. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the renovation was decent, and the location was good. It’s also worth noting that the only bathroom is located inside the bedroom, which may be inconvenient for 3–4 guests. Overall, everything else was fine.

− ranajky by somnepovazováa za ranajky skor ako mila pozornost:). Negativum nie je ziadne oen v noci biju zvony tak sa na to treba pripravit:)

+ Struttura molto caratteristica, ben arredata e illuminata. Doccia favolosa.
