Please note that the Manor Room and Grand Manor Room cannot accommodate any extra beds or cots. Please note, for the other units, extra beds are available on request.
Please note that during the spa adult-only time, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the facilities. The times are: Weekdays: 06.30 – 11.00 & 14.00 – 22.00 / Weekends: 06.30 – 11.00 & 16.00 – 22.00. Sharkie's Reef (Kids Pool) - Opening times: Monday – Sunday; 10:00 – 18:00.
Please note a discretionary Service Charge of 5% of room rate (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations. This charge is in addition to the room rate per night. This charge is intended to cover a portion of costs associated with our employees.
o For Christmas A mandatory supplemental charge for our Christmas Day festive lunch applies to all guests whose stay includes the night of December 25, 2023: £130 per guest ages 12 and over; £65 per child ages 5 to 11; complimentary for children under 5 in selected outlets. Prices include tax.
o For New Year Eve A mandatory supplemental charge for our New Year’s Eve festive gala dinner applies to all guests whose stay includes the night of December 31, 2023: £190 per guest ages 12 and over; £95 per child ages 5 to 11; complimentary for children under 5 in selected outlets. Prices include tax.
A Discretionary Service Fee of 5% of room rate (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations. This Fee is in addition to the room rate per night. This charge is intended to cover a portion of costs associated with our employees. If you would like to remove or change the Discretionary Service Fee on your final bill, please advise the Hotel.
