+ Friendly welcome from young host Etienne. I could park my ebike in the garage and charge it there. He was flexible with the evening meal arrangement. I could have just the salad starter and a coffee for €10. Both were tasty and good (prepared by the host’s girlfriend). It seems the food options have improved significantly (see photo of menu). - However, the small double room is hot and stuffy on a sunny summer’s day because there is no sunshade on the large French window. It was 30 degrees inside. I had to keep the window open to allow some cooler air in at night. But the real shame of this report is that the host had a party outside with many of his loud friends just meters from my room until 1am. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs. There seemed to me to be absolutely zero consideration for his paying guests. He could have moved all his friends inside his house at 11pm to continue the festivities which would have made a huge difference but he didn’t because it seems he simply doesn’t care. It seems to me that his customers are just an annoying cash cow to him staying in his overpriced rooms just because there are no other options in the area. And for this complete disregard of his customers I can only give this low rating because this is fundamentally poor accommodation. This was by far the worst overnight stay of the last 6 weeks of my cycle tour and certainly not the cheapest. + Très bonne accueil de l’hôte Etienne, jetait avec un chien qui a bien été accueilli également, jetait n’ai pas ou profiter du cadre extérieur de l’hébergement qui doi être magnifique car je suis resté une nuit seulement, la proposition d’un repas était très agréable et très copieux.
− si je dois noter un point négatif pour un séjour plus long la chambre peu devenir petite.
