+ This was a last-minute booking as we were looking for a 3-bedroom apartment close to the beach - and we found this hidden treasure! The layout is absolutely perfect, with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), making it ideal for families or groups. The beach is just a short 7-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket nearby as well, which was super convenient. We had a few questions about the apartment, as some things weren’t immediately obvious to us, but the host responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. - Check-out was a bit early at 10 AM. Also, there was a lack of basic bathroom supplies like shower gel and hand soap, which would have been helpful. One other thing to note: the city tax wasn’t included in the booking price. It wasn’t clearly mentioned beforehand (as it usually does in other booking options in Italy), but we had to pay it separately during the online check-in via the Vikey service. + The location was great, just about 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. Parking was ok too, during the weak no problem at all in the streets around (on white lines for free), on the weekend one needed a bit more time to find one. (this was in May, so it might be different in the summer!). The location is quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is great, with nice sand and shallow water. It was not crowded at the end of April/beginning of May.
− We had a few questions about recycling, hot water (not available at times), and the functionality of the gas stove. Unfortuately, the host did not reply to our concrete questions, we only got messages that seemed automatic about the access of the property, etc. The apartment was a bit cold at the end of April (only airconditioner available). The bed covers were not too comfortable. Also - the host required us to fully recycle the garbage but failed to provide the bags for the plastic bottles. The host also asked us to take the remaining garbage to the recycling center located 5 minutes by car, but that was closed on our departure date.

+ La casa era molto bella ,spaziosa e luminosa Da tenere in considerazione per un lungo soggiorno estivo al mare.Si trova in un quartiere residenziale con case mollto eleganti e giardini curati.
− Mi rendo conto che il proprietario non ne ha alcuna responsabilità ma l'odore acre e persistente,per tuttta la durata del soggiorno, di fumo di sigaretta salendo le scale della struttura è stato abbastanza disturbante.
