+ The location The location
- This was our first family holiday. We had a number of properties to choose from (all with a pool) but chose this one particularly for the pool. We were really looking forward to using it in the hot weather and to keep the kids entertained. The host made it seem like it had just broken and they were trying to get it fixed but from seeing the other recent reviews on Google and the state of the pool, it looks like it has been like it for a while. The worst part was they didn't inform us the pool was out of use, so I was unable to find somewhere else to go at such short notice for a family of 10. The hot tub was also very grimey, had a bad smell when they jets were on and covered the floor in water. It is such a shame, because this property has so much potential if it was maintained and looked after better, but without the pool, and the overgrown garden and weeds and lacking attention, it was definitely misrepresented on booking.com and falsely advertised. There are no sun loungers. BBQ from the photos is in the shed and instead there is a small electric one not suitable when cooking for a large group. This was our first family holiday. + Le potentiel de la maison. Le potentiel de la maison.
- La mauvaise foi de la conciergerie ou du propriétaire car en fait on ne sait pas à qui on a à faire. On nous dit que le jardin est entretenu ,mais rien n'avait été taillé depuis plusieurs semaine ,on nous dit que la piscine est fonctionnelle mais il manquait 20 cm d'eau du coup la pompe ne faisait pas son boulot donc on a dû nettoyer nous même la piscine ce qui a pris presque 2 jours,le jacuzzi était au 3/4 vide donc on a dû refaire le plein, des toiles d'araignées partout,la vaisselle à refaire et on nous dit que c'est normal le ménage à été fait il y a dix jours ,mais où on est?! Moi si je loue une maison je fais faire le ménage juste avant l'arrivée des locataires. Impossible de se servir de l'aspirateur,celui-ci étant plein et pas de sac de rechange. Et cerise sur le gâteau, pas d'eau à notre arrivée, du coup obligé de chercher l'arrivée d'eau principale (que l'on va nous recouper durant la semaine sans nous prévenir car il y a une fuite au compteur). Dernier point négatif des caméras qui filment la piscine et l'entrée . La mauvaise foi de la conciergerie ou du propriétaire car en fait on ne sait pas à qui on a à faire. On nous dit ...

+ rien Week end gâché par le mauvais entretien des équipements
− Piscine inutilisable ,sale ,volet roulant cassé le spas a fonctionné 10mm puis tout a disjoncté impossible de remettre le courant le tableau électrique du spas devait être dans le local piscine fermé par un rideau électrique La conciergerie située au Maroc incapable de nous envoyé quel quelqu'un pour un dépannage le lendemain. Villa a déconseiller vivement
